Club EdVenture is an award winning after school program, backed by an experienced staff with extensive knowledge in the field of child development and care. EdVenture has more than 13 years of outreach and offsite experience in after school programs and is now happy to offer this service to twelve Richland District One Schools:
Horrell Hill Elementary
Southeast Middle School
Club EdVenture is a fee-based, after school program conducted in cooperation with Richland School District One. Students will engage in activities designed to encourage their creativity and problem solving skills, as well as to strengthen their academic achievement. Parents may also choose to register children in periodic enrichment programs offered by EdVenture for an additional cost.

2014-15 Registration is all online! We have spaces available at every site, so click the link below to begin registration. Please prepare to include the $30.00 non-refundable registration fee and the first week’s tuition. Once we confirm your space, you will receive a confirmation email and your family will be awarded a FREE EdVenture Children’s Museum Membership. Registration is not complete until you attend one Parent Orientation Session. For more information, please see the 2014-15 Parent Handbook link below.
Club EdVenture is sensitive to meeting the needs of every family:
- $30 non-refundable registration fee per child
- $50 for the first child and $45.00 for each additional child per week*
- ABC Vouchers are accepted based on site approval of the ABC Childcare Program
- Full day and half day services are available for Club EdVenture families at no additional cost.
*Qualifying families are eligible to receive discounted weekly fees ($45.00 per week for the first child and $40.00 a week for each additional child). Families must submit required documentation to EdVenture to receive approval for discounted rates.
Tuition payments are always due on the Friday prior to the week of service. Payment options include:
- Auto Debit
- Check or Money Order
You can make payments via our credit card authorization form. This will allow your weekly tuition to be taken out automatically every week. The transaction will show up on your account balances on Monday morning.
Payments will need to be dropped at the museum, located at 211 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC. Payments may be placed inside the green Club EdVenture Payment box on the wall to the left of the Welcome Center during normal business hours. Cash is not accepted.
You can also mail payments to the museum, but mailed payments would need to be received by Friday as well.
Club EdVenture follows the Richland School District One calendar.
Club EdVenture operates from August 19, 2013 through May 29, 2014 from 2:30pm until 6:00pm on regular school days. Half-day and full-day services are available.
