Birthday Parties

Choose from two exciting Birthday packages:

 

EdVenture Little AHA - $215

For children ages 1-3 years old.

 

EdVenture Big AHA - $215

For children ages 4-12 years old.

 

EdVenture, the coolest hands-on interactive place in town, is also the place to celebrate your special day! EdVenture provides everything you need to make your party easy and enjoyable from start to finish. You'll get:

  • A 60 minute party in “Celebration Central” — a room specially decorated for birthday parties
  • 2 Birthday Buddies (EdVenture staff members)
  • Admission to the museum for 10 children and their chaperones
  • Plates, napkins, cups and utensils
  • T-shirt for the birthday child
  • Ready-to-mail invitations
  • Activities or crafts
  • Juice for each child

 

Food: (provided by McDonald’s)

Children: $4.50 each
Cheeseburger, Hamburger or Chicken Nuggets — choose from fries or sliced apples for side.

 

Adults: $6.00 each
Quarter Pounder or Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad — choose from fries or sliced apples for Quarter Pounder side item. (Prices do not include sales tax.)

 

Important Details

Bring Your Own Cake!

Many children love to have a theme for their birthday party. Princesses, unicorns, pirates, sports and more! Now, you can bake that homemade creation or order that special theme cake from your favorite bakery and bring it with you. You can even bring extra decorations for your theme.

 

Pick the date and time

Choose from the following available times:

  • Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30, 11:30, 1:30 or 3:30
  • Sunday, 1:30 or 3:30

 

Schedule a party on a weekday and every child guest will receive a free pass for a return visit. Please schedule at least two weeks in advance. (Monday parties are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.)

 

Payment/Cancellation

Cash, checks or Visa/MasterCard are accepted. A $50 partially refundable deposit is required to reserve your party, with the balance due the day of the party. If you cancel two weeks prior to the party, $25 is refundable. If you cancel within one week of your party, your deposit is forfeited.

 

EdVenture’s First Family Society members, Passport members, and Anytime members receive 10% off birthday party packages. The discount does not extend to party add-ons.

 

Please note:

  • Gift registry is available in EdCetera, the EdVenture Store.
  • EDDIE Activity Boxes (choose your party favors) are available for $5 each.
  • EDDIE®s Big Climb - Enjoy 30 additional minutes of play with private use of our unique inflatable tower - climb on 4 sides for $80.00 (Limited availability, call for details)
  • Please choose one kind of meal for all children.
  • If food is requested for the party, 30 minutes is added to the party time.

 

The following are not permitted:

  • Outside entertainment (clowns, magicians, etc.)
  • Balloons
  • Open flames
  • Outside food or beverages (except cake)
